- Official undergraduate transcripts
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) transcript – competitive score, minimum 1,000 combined
- Earned baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Current resumé or C.V.
- Three letters of recommendation from academic references
- Statement of interests and goals
- Approval of program plan and justification statements by graduate program admission committee
- Interview with and approval by the graduate program admission committee
